Your Personal Hatha Yoga Program

 The Hatha Yoga Program is a series of private sessions offered over a period of six months through deliberate instructions to meet the goals and intentions of the individual, small group, and partners/couples. 

 Rawvolution Yoga: A practice of yoga awakens the body’s ability to experience intelligence while inviting physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual rewards. The physical rewards include increase in body strength and stamina, while mental and emotional rewards include a sense of inner peace, gentleness, clarity, and resiliency -all of which come together to create the mind-body-spirit connection. This coming together, the yoking, is what is referred to as yoga. Learning to establish an individualized yoga practice offers the person the opportunity to become more conscious of the functioning of oneself as one develops a deeper and richer sense of “Self” in relationship with the world around.

The Dynamic: Each yoga session is grounded in the principles of mindfulness, awareness, and compassion. Principles of grounding and centering are discussed and practiced for allowing emotions to move and flow through the body while affirming the vibrant and whole being of the “self”.

The Flow: Sessions flow to sacred music ranging from traditional chants to ambient grooves & tribal rhythms, and reflect a unique style, which is informative, creative, and playful. Each and every session promotes proper breathing and spinal alignment as the key areas of foci. This offers the opportunity for newer practitioners to learn the basics of the postures and for experienced practitioners to deepen the relationship to each asana.  

The Six Month Program

Defining the Practitioner's Practice: A deep practice of Hatha yoga can bring a person to experience a powerful sense of joy, peace, challenge, clarity, elation, and liberation. In developing a regular practice of yoga, the person learns how to explore, apply, and channel the thoughts and emotions that arise moment to moment in a way that sustains the person’s connection to life’s intelligence, the higher-Self.

The Structure: Each yoga session is deliberately designed to offer and raise a sense of positive outlook on life, a sense of balance and peace, and a feeling of integration and harmony. The 6 month program is intentionally designed to support and honor the practitioner’s level, pace, goals, and needs.  

Private Session

Personal Instruction: Private one-on-one instruction is offered in the comfort of practitioner’s own home or space. Private sessions offer a familiar space supporting the engaging of the whole being - mind, body, and spirit.

Beginner Practitioner: Private instruction is an ideal way to receive detailed instructions on the basic foundation of practicing Yoga. Proper breathing techniques and posture are fine-tuned,  balance and flexibility principles are explored, and strength and stamina are applied and developed.

Experienced Practitioner:  The advance level yoga program will help refine and deepen the practitioner’s posture of each yoga pose. The advance program also emphasizes carefully facilitating a higher and deeper level of awareness and understanding of each pose as it correlates with the mind-body energy centers known as chakras.

Small group sessions are also available to meet the goal of the group-body and dynamic.

Partner Yoga

Also known as Couple’s yoga and Relationship yoga, Partner yoga involves practicing traditional yoga poses while also developing and enriching the relationship with the chosen consenting partner. Each partner learns to honor principles of communication, connection, and contact as they share yoga poses. Simultaneously, the partners learn to deeply honor and be present for each other. Partners often report coming to a place of deep awareness of their mirroring partner physically, emotionally, and spiritually, bringing both to experience true Union both on the mat and off the mat.
