Meditation Coaching Program


 
A series of meditation sessions are carefully designed to gain direct insight into how a person's thoughts and emotions can be directed to promote a deep sense of inner peace & light, and a true sense of well-being. Creative skills are personally defined and practiced to manage trigger points,  physical tension, and daily stress reactions that block a person from experiencing the fullness of life's gifts. The heightened awareness that is gained from meditation permits a person to “re-pattern” the body-mind while deeply supporting
emotional and mental expansion and wisdom.

Each session utilizes creative visualization techniques, breathing practices, music, "repatterning", and affirmation techniques that support and enrich all aspects of a person's experience of life.

The meditation program facilitate a process of learning through using the powers of the energy-body (chakras) to influence awareness of peace in body. Learning and practicing simple sitting and walking meditation, as well as breathing and stretching exercises that engage the “deeper Self” is a key part of the program. Finally, the participant will learn and develop skills and techniques that  support the guidence of inner light, passion, gift, and intelligence.
